Hours
Foot Care Centers is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding major holidays). However, specialists have limited availability to accommodate client appointments after 5 p.m. Please call 856-691-2152 to schedule an appointment.
Please note that certain services will require a full half-day visit.
Your First Appointment: A Checklist for Patients
Please bring the following completed forms to your first appointment:
Health History Questionnaire
Your insurance and/or Medicare cards.
Any relevant medical records.
A list of medicines that you are currently taking.
Appointment Information
If you will be late for a scheduled appointment, please call us at (856) 691-2152 so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you kindly reconfirm your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged in full.
