To provide you with the highest quality, we accept all insurance plans, including:
- Medicare
- Horizon BC/BS
- Aetna (including HMOs and PPOs)
- Cigna
- United Healthcare
- and most other insurances
Your insurance Company requires that we collect Co-pays at each visit.
If you don't currently have insurance, please call (865) 691-2152, special arrangements can be made.
